Structural Performance Testing

Wind Load and Impact Testing:

  • Rated to withstand winds up to 250 mph (Category 5+ hurricane / Exposure D).
     

  • Certified with Florida High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) approvals.

  • Impact-tested for flying debris and large missile projectiles.

Seismic Testing:

  • Engineered to meet and exceed Zone 4 seismic standards, including structural load testing and dynamic response evaluation.

  • Designed for critical infrastructure stability during earthquakes.
     

Live and Dead Load Testing:

  • Load-bearing wall panels, trusses, and modular frames tested for extreme vertical and lateral loads, exceeding commercial building codes.

Fire Resistance Testing

ASTM E119 Standard Fire Testing:

  • 1-hour fire-resistance rated wall and floor assemblies.
     

  • Non-combustible composite systems resist ignition, flame spread, and structural degradation under fire exposure.

Additional Fire Ratings:

  • Tested to meet NFPA 285 (multi-story wall assembly fire propagation).
     

  • Composite materials tested for smoke development and flame spread index under ASTM E84.

Ballistic and Blast Testing

Ballistic Resistance (NIJ and UL Standards):

  • Panels rated from UL Level 1 to Level 8, capable of resisting threats up to .50 caliber ballistic impact.
     

  • Optional armor-core systems for enhanced protection in mission-critical structures (SCIFs, armories, command centers).
     

Blast Resistance:

  • Systems tested to withstand high-pressure explosive events, maintaining structural integrity under dynamic blast loads.
     

  • Ideal for sensitive military and government applications.

Acoustic Testing

Sound Transmission Class (STC) Testing:

  • Wall and door assemblies tested for acoustic performance.
     

  • Panels achieve STC ratings up to 55+, providing soundproofing suitable for SCIFs, NOCs, and secure operational centers.

Thermal and Water Resistance Testing

Thermal Performance Testing (ASTM C518):

  • Insulation values reaching up to R-47, far exceeding traditional building systems.
     

  • Non-conductive, thermally efficient composites eliminate thermal bridging.
     

Water Penetration and Flood Testing:

  • Panels tested under ASTM E331 water penetration standards.
     

  • Fully non-porous composites ensure zero moisture absorption, no mold growth, and no structural swelling after prolonged exposure.

Electromagnetic Shielding and HEMP Resilience

TEMPEST Compliance Testing:

  • Optional shielding solutions available for secure communication environments (SCIFs, NOCs).
