Tony Grayson is a retired U.S. Navy submarine commander and recipient of the Vice Admiral James Bond Stockdale Award for Inspirational Leadership who has become one of the most recognized voices in AI infrastructure, modular data centers, networks, nuclear power, and energy systems. Ranked as a Top 10 Data Center Influencer, Tony founded and scaled Northstar Enterprise & Defense into one of the world’s Top 10 Modular Data Center companies, where he now serves as President & GM with full P&L responsibility. At Northstar, he leads the design and operations of sustainable, defense-grade modular data centers and AI infrastructure that deliver high-density compute, advanced networking, edge computing, and AI inference, including agentic AI, generative AI, and large language models at scale for enterprise, hyperscale, and government deployments.

Previously, he directed global cloud and network infrastructure programs at AWS, Meta, and Oracle, managing multi-billion-dollar investments across dozens of regions. A committed veteran advocate, Tony draws on two decades of military leadership applied to technology to champion resilience, adaptability, and opportunity for those who serve.
